Cocoa and Karaoke Volunteers

Set up: Board members will arrive at the Oak MPR to start setting up at 5:30, and all volunteers should be available to arrive and help out starting by 6pm.  The event starts at 6:30.

Clean up: The event will conclude at 8pm, and we'll need some help getting the MPR cleaned up and ready for school on Thursday morning.  This will probably take about 30 minutes.
